Dr. Leschek has been practicing neurology in Frederick for over 30 years. He has earned the trust of the community and have a strong reputation among the area's local physicians. Patients are given the time and personal attention he needs to diagnose and treat a wide variety of neurological conditions with special interest in migraine. You will be working directly with your doctor at each visit. We pride ourselves in our punctuality. We know you value your time as much as we do. We recommend that you try logging on to the link before your appointment any time after 5 pm on any day. DO NOT attempt to log in during business hours Monday through Friday from 8am-4 pm, unless you have an appointment.
Steps for logging in:

- Enter your first and last name and select Check-In.
- Your face will appear in the top right corner of your device.
- Do the "PRE-CALL TEST" in the lower left hand corner. YOU MUST DO THE PRE-CALL TEST. IF YOU DON'T SEE THIS BEFORE YOUR VISIT GO HERE AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. FAILURE TO COMPLETE THIS STEP MAY RESULT IN FAILED CONNECTION, LACK OF AUDIO AND/OR VIDEO.
- Make sure you "give access to camera and mic!" Choose ALLOW or ENABLE.
- Enjoy your visit.
- NOTE; After your appointment is scheduled, YOU must initiate the visit from your phone or computer as described above. You will not get an invitation or call on the day of your appointment. Failure to sign in at your appointment time will considered a no-show.
